Should online retailers be required by law to hold off on processing all orders made at 3am until the next day, when they will be obliged to send an email to the buyer asking her if it was really a good idea after all?

I saw an advert for the latest Lara Croft game today on the back of a magazine, and wondered why it said to go to Tom Braider’s website to find out about it. Perhaps he’s the developer, I thought.
