Flaps

The flap is dead, just dry dead skin so I pulled it off. Now it’s just a nice semi healed hole.

It has reattached now and is looking good. There’s no feeling in the flap but I’m hoping it will just heal like that and not fall off and leave a hole that’ll get sore.

Pinkle does gardening

I’m so web 2.0 I cut my finger ten minutes ago and the first thing I thought was “must blog this!” Oh dear.

Warning! Gross pictures below. Lots of blood.

I tried to do gardening and end up cutting the end of my thumb off. I was breaking up a ceramic lampshade base to use as crocks but neglected to wear gloves.

It’s actually just cut a flap off which now seems to have reattached itself to the thumb, but is a bit blue. It’s just skin really, but it looks much worse than it is.

The flap probably has dirt under it so I don’t know if I should just cut it off. The flap, not the thumb.

Edit: I peeled it back and it is actually quite a large lump of flesh, I don’t think I could pull it off.
